Does Transformers Regeneration One count as 'commercial'? What about Mega Man? Or really any property owned by a parent company/publisher? The criteria here seems slippery.

I'm guessing the criteria is just Dc/Marvel supes.

Marvel & DC still dominate the monthly sales charts, don't they? They're still the companies the comics community spectate the heaviest, aren't they? Their spandex folk are still the face of American comics, aren't they?
