What if either Julia or Julia's daughter is killed by the hobgoblin (Either or) and Spider-Man is enraged enough that he kills them? I mean, that would really break Peter, especially if he blows off Julia before it happens as he doesn't like her that much.

Spidey killing someone has always been taboo to writers, and that could get the marvel Universe talking depending on the scenario.

It would be an interesting direction especially since a couple of writers have teased what would happen if spidey went down that path.

There's no reason that if it were a story to be told that they should change it but companies do stuff like that so you never know.

Ever since it happened, I've been wondering if comics and cartoons based on comics are going to go back to depicting guns in a more sci-fi/laser gun manner as opposed to a more realistic look. So far, the changes to that Batman show seem to confirm the possibility of such a thing.

I think they already did this in Spider-Girl and House of M....so I think we may be safe for now.
