Was T'Challa's "death" in the Defender's ever addressed?

as suspected, it was not directly addressed

due to the books abrupt ending and the nature of the story.... basically dr strange went back in time, stopped the defenders from reforming..... thus making anything the team did, disapear from the time stream... ie killing t'challa, invading zgambi (sp?), killing of the imortal weapons, moving the concordence engines, etc. all of these things where reset, without the story actually touching back on those issues


so panther is alive... it never happened.

Don't know as Marvel has purposely portrayed that being a king is what kept BP from being "bigger" and since she is queen I wouldn't be surprised if that kept her off the team outside of maybe a guest appearance which would keep up the crown holding her back and the unfans being kept at bay.

They were sweet. I really like how the concept of the Dora Milaje has evolved.

I liked the "Power" arc as well and loved the build up of the Dora Milaje throughout the storyline and into DoomWar. One of my favorite scenes from DoomWar features the Doras:

I love that particular speech and thought it was awesome to see only 500 Dora Milaje stand their ground against 80,000 of the Wakandan military.

Black Panther Vol. IV was a treat for fans of the Dora Milaje as they were heavily featured throughout the entire run. I loved the fact that this ancient Wakandan tradition was explored and expanded in more depth.

I don't know if Priest ever mentioned where he got the idea for the Dora's from.

First off...


We are in the modern era and modern African countries have modern weapons and modern dress codes!

Lose the bikini clad loin cloths... My wife is African and I have never seen her dress in such a manner like ever!

The Dora's would look more like Star Wars Stormtroopers than Victoria's Secret models in African lingerie!

The current comic book renditions don't fly with the movie going audience except for maybe frat boys and people who frequent porn houses!

Seriously... It's time to catch with the rest of the digital world where it concerns Wakanda because even some of us are caught up in that ancient buck naked tribal look influenced by National Geographic!

I bet you Afropolo is wearing blue jeans and a Storm t-shirt while rocking to rap music on his iPad right this very minute while staring at a modern day computer screen shaking his head at the audacity of Mister Flex Hectic!

And for cinematic flare the Kimoyo Card needs to appear better than Stark's digital display in the Ironman movies so an iPhone rip off is not the answer!
