The "low-rent knight" looks like the kind of costumes from Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Isn't it sacrilege to be past a certain age and not have seen that movie?
The "I have no idea" lady looks like Lulu from Final Fantasy X with the purple necklace, exposed shoulders & cleavage + fur top of the dress and hair sticks. Only difference is her dress is different.
Awesome to see Mega Man too. And yeah, that Cobra gathering looked excellent.

Has to be Jane Jetson. I partied with her last year, she was dressed as Tinkerbell. I can't remember her name.
