Just take a look at the "Product Details" : the 51 $ one is the Titan Publishing version, it's from the UK.
I suppose it's almost the same version but take the 18 $ one, it's the one from DC.
(the softcover is scheduled for september)

By the way, guys, the War of the Green Lanterns: Aftermath, is it needed to have closure to the event? Or can I do without?

I think you should be fine without it really. Just fleshes out stuff from what I remember. My memory is a bit of a blur between what happens in those two issues and the regular end of the series

It's exactly what the name says: Aftermath. You don't really need to read it to close the story, but it doesn't hurt.

Well the ending of the aftermath could be counted as pretty important.

But it does it open up to another story(prequel of things to come)? Cuz I rather avoid such. I just want an open close story, with most, if not all questions answered.

It closes some things from the War and develops anothers, but I don't think it starts any new story threads. Not sure, though.
