Sorry, as far as I'm concerned, there has to be something special about the actress cast as Lois to make us believe the most powerful being on the planet could fall madly in love with her. Amy Adams does not meet that requirement. I'd have gone with Emily Blunt - possesses striking looks, exudes intelligence and is an excellent actress. Plus she's just a year older than Henry Cavill.
