I have so far not seen a single instance where someone's flying the Quinjet where there'd be a lot of swerving involved, almost hitting skyscrapers and always on the wrong gear.

Maybe every Avenger receives some basic flight training (or what have you) before they're allowed to pilot billion dollar equipment??

Ned: Well howdy, Homer! Thanks for dropping by!

That is a big maybe. It is one thing if you let your former Air Force pilot steer it is another if a you let the carney worker or teenage kid in the case of Blackbirds.

A MOTORCYCLE license, not an automobile license. NOT the same thing. Put in perspective, there was a Marvel Team Up with Spidey and Invisible Woman where she was screaming at him when he got behind a wheel, couldn't get the thing to drive right because he didn't have a license and didn't know how to drive a stick.

She went from a prune in a bun holding a purse to a Helen Mirrenish woman you could make a man walk funny. We should all have what she is having.

    Not really.

Have you seen anyone fly a Quinjet/Blackbird in a way that'd be comparably as homicidal/suicidal as when Petey drove his spider-buggy around Manhattan?

Yeah he does have Spidey-sense that's why in his case even without license him hurting anyone is very low.
Probably lower than other pro drivers. He's just insecure what can we do, there's a first time for everything.
The human torch was his instructor at the begining. So it's not like he randomly took a car and started driving, without being thought how to.
The lack of originality will always bother me

Spider-sense warns him of any danger that'd befall on him, not when he's being a danger to others. There's no "my spider-sense is tingling!", hence the missing lightning-bolts on his head.

And did you deliberately skip the scan I uploaded to post that ****?

Do you not see that he's driving on the other side of the road [1]? Do you not see the orange car, in a last second attempt to avoid a collision, swerving out of the way and bumping into another car [2]? Do you not see that he's driving on the sidewalk, almost running over a number of pedestrians [3]?

Do I need to go on?

I think we have all seen the damage an aircraft can do to a building so the potential damage is not even close.

Peter was an inexpericed driver and so were many of the x-men and avengers at the time they have flown much larger craft, Hell Johnny and Sue "tagged" along on a space misson. A dune buggy pales to many other events.

So the answer is a resounding 'no', you haven't seen anyone drive as **** as Petey did at that time.

I can't see why anyone would possibly be defending Petey getting behind the steering-wheel of a vehicle he has no business driving in the first place, almost running people over and what's worse excusing this behavior by bringing in other similar examples into the argument of which there aren't any.

Either way, it's still a despicable thing to do.

Tony is smarter but imagine if everytime after making amazing new armor,For some reason goes back to this

The reason Peter does not have science feats he should have because he never keeps his upgrades,He never gets to upgrade his upgrades.Marvel wants him as certain type of hero so Spiderman constantly forgets that he has built cool stuff. It easy to pick Tony in this topic but Spiderman complete body of work indicates he is lot smarter than allowed to by Marvel higher powers in the company.

When did I say no? Are you saying a Blackbird or Quinjet has never crashed?

The scene posted if obviously one done for comedic purposes. As someone noted with his spider sense Peter could drive with his eyes closed and avoid any damage.
