Reverse Item Challenge! Dalak vs. Sharkerbob

I dunno if there's any standards of rules for voting or whatever, I'll leave that up to Dalak, but anyway, let's get down to it!



SHARKERBOB STRAT
On My Defenses: The good news is, Utena, Raquel, Umi, Fuu, Hikaru, and Phenix are basically going to be untouchable by everyone on Dalak’s team who isn’t Batman, because they’re elemental forms will render them immune to physical and basic energy damage. I will assume magic can effect the Devil Fruit users, so I’ll grant that. This gives a big advantage to my team off the bat.

Likewise, Rainbow Dash’s speed, and Kirika’s ability to slow down her enemies’ and their attacks, as well as create massive liquid venom constructs, should keep them both well enough protected. Kirika will use a hardened or super-thick shell of venom to protect her Soul Gem from being shattered.


FIRST ACTIONS
Utena and Phenix immediately zip upwards and begins carpet bombing Dalak’s team with a barrage of light blasts and cosmic energy blasts, creating a huge, constant barrage of area of effect explosions. Even if this doesn’t hurt some of the enemy team, this should certainly keep most of them pinned. If need be, Phenix will use telepathy to psychically scream at the enemy, throwing them off balance.

Kirika extends her slow magic to slow down enemy actions, hindering their attempts to dodge and escape. At the same time, she extends her venom forward to coat the battlefield, and make the very ground of the battlefield toxic to the touch.

While this is happening, Umi, Hikaru, and Fuu summon their Rune Gods (which will only take a second or two), giving them the giant magical power armor needed to fight Kamina-KLR and Megatron. The Rune Gods amplify their magical powers, and should likewise scale up their own Devil Fruit attacks. Fuu casts her Winds of Admonishment, binding down the enemy team, who are being slowed from dodging by Kirika. Hikaru joins in the carpet bombing barrage of energy. Umi fires off ice-blasts and water blasts to anyone who somehow gets around the constant blasting. After casting her first spell, Fuu joins the barrage, hammering down with lightning bolts.

Rainbow Dash zooms skyward, and prepares herself to counter anyone who attempts to get at them from the sky. Should Aunt May attack her, Rainbow will have sufficient aerial agility and strength to fly circles around her and knock her off course. Since May is drunk, that’s going to make it even easier for Rainbow to use her own momentum to knock May off course.

Raquel readies herself to help take on anyone who breaks through the salvo, and will help keep Kirika protected if necessary.

OUT: I really don’t see Batman, Serveux, or even Megatron surviving this.


SECOND ACTIONS
Phenix opens up a dimensional portal in front of Aunt May, removing her from the battlefield. If necessary, Rainbow Dash can steer here. She will also do the same to remove Kamina XLR and Batman. Frankly, she’ll just do this to anyone who isn’t going down to the massive barrage.

The Magic Knights combine their energies to perform the Spiral Flash, an even more destructive magic energy blast.

OUT: Aunt May, Kamina XLR, anyone who survived round one.


THIRD ACTIONS
Afterwards, they will combine their mecha to form “Super” Rayearth, channeling all their magical attack power through a single vessel. Its superior size and power should be enough to battle even Kamina XLR, if he somehow doesn’t get d-dumped.

If Kamina-XLR can’t get D-dumped, Phenix should be able to transmute him into another element, even if she can only hit chunks of him at a time, while Super Rayearth and Rainbow Dash keep him pinned.

CONTINGIENCIES
-Again, anyone not taken out by the massive energy barrage, Phenix will attempt to dimension dump them.
-Should the enemy make it through and sufficiently damage the Rune Gods, the Magic Knights still have their own magic and Logia-born elemental powers to counter attack.
-Raquel, Rainbow Dash, and Kirika will keep busy, if not take down, anyone who gets around the massive energy barrage, keeping them busy so my other characters can redirect their firepower.
-Phenix can use telepathy to help co-ordinate attacks as needed.
-Desperation Move: If there is no other way to win, then my team will do the following: Kirika will burn out all her magic to self-induce her Witch form, enveloping the battlefield in her Witch Barrier. My characters will haul-ass out of the barrier, trapping the enemy inside. As the enemy breaks its way out to of the barrier, my characters will be there at the “exit” blasting away. It’s possible some characters may get trapped in the barrier, effectively ringing them out.

As the team assembles near New Jersey and the city is emptied, they seem to pose while highlighted by the sunlight reflecting off the buildings nearby. Their majestic-

Batman seems to swell up twice as large as the Cybertronian and looms menacingly in front of him, blocking out the light with his undulating cape “I'm no one's flunky 'Dildotron', and you would do well to remember that.”

Servo: If you don't watch out sparky, he'll pull out your batteries. Still he hangs out with a brightly colored Dick *Laughs* . . .okay, I'll be good. Stop looking at me like that . . . Mr Batman . . Sir.

Megatron: You're an idiot, Servo! If I am referred to as Dildotron for all of this foolish contest I'll fry the human germ and all of you with the might of my Fusion Cannon!

Servo *Sparking with electrical rage*: Sure big boy, point your vibratey & glowing Phallus Cannon at me like you mean it! Hell, I've seen robot balls waaay bigger than yours so bring it on Dildy the Magical BLEEPing Elf! (Both NSFW)

Megatron: I'LL RIP OFF YOUR CRANIAL UNIT!

While Aunt May is still busy drinking, and Kamina is far too busy flexing, and playing with all his new weapon systems to get invovled in this intro, rest assured that had they cared about anything they were involved in they probably would have had something interesting to say about it. But as the annoying robots and occasionally Batman gripe at each other, the time comes for Battle!

Dildotron, The Vibrating Destroyer
Megs will start this fight taking to the skies and firing at the first target he can spot at full power before charging in to tear them apart with his bare hands. He always seems to want to get in close and personal, and with his strength and durability also boosted by the Cape he's capable of tearing anything apart He'll also be unleashing Anti-Matter upon anything he can't simply blast or rend asunder with his violence! The sight of a raging multi-phallus'd Giant Robot should put these japanese anime/manga stars into a state of near-panic, but as they are battle trained it wouldn't stop them, which is where I introduce-

The Unstoppable Aunt May
Aunt May with all the power of Jack Daniels and Cyttorak flowing through her will be rather vexed and ready to show these uppity youngsters how young girls are supposed to act and dress. She'll be going for the take-downs of course, but if you get a Class-100 old woman twisting your ear after she just plunged her hand through the front of a Mecha, or just slapped the shit out of a snot-nosed whippersnapper that tried to attack her and left them in the rubble of what once was a building. She will wind up wiping up and finishing any left overs. She won't have much effect on any unharmables but that's where I bring in-

MagicBat the Dark Sorcerer
With his new magic he will hide, defend himself, and study the enemy. He will trap/bind the intangible/unharmable foes that there are and either drop them in Siberia, in another time via the Phoenix Gate, or turn them to Stone - whichever will do the least harm to them. He can also use illusions to appear before all of the opposition and use his newly enhanced powers to intimidate the crap out of them (possibly literally ^_- )

The Serveaux
Tom's first act is to start spawning more of himself (Watch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K_rE-p9fgIM & from 5 mins in this one)
til he's got at least several dozen and they begin teleporting around looking for foes they can either quip or assimilate into submission. Should many be taken out they can always be replaced and will be slowly adapting to all attacks while responding with Kung Fu Gymkata!

Finally the most simple yet most awesome to imagine part of my strategy-

KAMINA XLR
The Spiral-minded Kamina is the best possible fit for the plot devicey mecha that is Megas. Considering that it can punch it's way out of dimensional prisons and has a Time Drive (broke before All-Spark/Talisman) there's no way it can dumped, and with it's invisibility, Talisman-boosted strength/speed/healing factor he will be one of the hardest on my team to take down.

With the various forms of attack Megas has shown (Nukes, missiles, lasers, Wave Motion Guns, Super Destructor Mode, The Jammer, FIRE, missile hands, and the BLAZING SWORD to name a few) eventually one will disable or destroy any of the opposition. Since it got All-Sparked the mech will look like Kamina wants, and he can dream up new weapons to use on the fly.

Kamina's job is to go nuts on all who face him, and it will be GLORIOUS!

It's the ITEM REVERSAL CHALLENGE!


Scenario: In this Challenge, any Item requirements are reversed. In this case The Leader would be a good wielder of Mjolnir as he is physically weak, lacks honor, and stays away from combat. Megatron could use the Metro Man powerup as it now requires the user have NO Biology. The only exception to this is something that directly affects something you have to have, I.E. an item that doubles Magical Power has no effect on those with no Magic, or a Chemical that enhances Mutation powers that has no effect on Non-Mutants. Items that have no requirements are not affected.

Really, I think my strategy speaks for itself. Constant wave of destruction and dimension dumps (which should work long enough to keep him out of the team's hair until they can dog-pile him if need be) should just hammer Team Dalak into submission.

Well for one thing you count out Servo and Batman a bit early in this. Servo has taken massive damage and kept going in the Space Mutiny episode, and now has Borg Shielding and is already stated to be scattering 'himself' around so he'd port out of Danger. And in that clip I posted he made dozens and dozens in the time it took when he got out of the theater faster than the other guys. It's not going to be instant that my team is found, targeted, and destroyed with the Speed cap (Megas is Invisible via Snake talisman), and since Megatron is flying up and attacking the Carpet-Bombers it will distract them long enough for Bats and Servo to act.

Batman is going to be away from the team somewhere in the city, hiding and nulling the Slow-spell in his defense. With that gone Aunt May can get a few licks in before she's bamfed and it didn't take long at all for Megas to make it back before. Since Phenix is the biggest threat she'd be the first targetted by Batman, who can scry and cast without exposing himself, and thus a Stone statue ported to 2099 won't be dumping anyone anymore.

Also the Talismans specifically have feats of changing Stone Jackie back to Flesh, so transmuting Kamina won't work. If it comes to it he has the Big Red Button from Megas, which almost always wins the day against overwhelming odds when Megas is about to be destroyed and the Hero gives his "I'm not going to quit!" speech.

In short: Batman will be taking them out one-by-one from protected hiding, The Serveaux Collective will be assimilating and quipping, and Kamina won't be gone for a 10-count and thus will be in the fight. Dildotron is nothing but a fun idea and Aunt-May will probably be dumped with him and Kamina, but there are far too many Servo's to dump, and Batman can hide from Superman & J'onn before his magical boosts.

Much to his everlasting shame and my eternal delight I've fused the powerful G1 Megatron, (Who is already capable of busting mountains, beating Predaking, and accessing anti-matter on his own) with the ever-so-rarely used Giant Recently Used Vibrating Dildo. Now the BEYOND Phallic-shaped merger is just as powerful, only capable of Transformer-style sonic vibrations and traumatizing our younger viewers. The sole user of the Dildo Fusion Cannon is lubricated with we-don't-want-to-know and equipped with a tiny little yellow cape which will give him a magical boost to his already formidable strength, durability, and flight skills. All-in-all we have a horribly enraged Megatron ready, willing, and able to unleash all of his embarrassment, rage, and secretly dark inner-feelings upon any who stand before this powerful, vibrating, and pink engine of destruction.

Once infested with a Plasmid (Requires genetics to modify) and next by Borg Nanoprobes Tom becomes his own little collective considering his rapid self-duplication. Now gifted with Martial Arts skills and the ability to hover, assimilate, adapt, and above all quip with more efficiency, The Serveaux has come for us all.

The bane of misbehaving youngsters everywhere, Aunt May decided to grab this pretty red Gem after drinking quite a bit of whiskey, and now with her new powers and Flight Ring she is willing and able to beat the snot out of any young whippersnappers to cause trouble in sight of the Wrathful, Drunken, and Unstoppable One - Aunt May!

Batman (DC) 3 with Grimorum Arcanorum (Gargoyles) 5 + Eye of Odin (Gargoyles) 7 + Phoenix Gate (Gargoyles) 6

Batman, normally one who distrusts magic and has no ability for it has been granted fantastic magical might. He has been given the knowledge of magic and spells from the Grimorum combined with the incredible transformative power of the Eye of Odin, and the power to Travel that the Phoenix Gate gives him. Unlike the Archmage I suspect Batman to also have a much more defined physical increase (Similar to Goliath's use of the Eye) as well as have his already impressive Stealth assisted magically.


Kamina XLR
MEGAS XLR (MEGAS XLR) 8 with All Spark, Converted (Transformers 2007 Movie) 4 + Mind Transfer with any fictional character (Futurama) 3 + Power of the Twelve Talismans (Jackie Chan Adventures) 10

Once activated by either the Talismans, or All Spark the incredibly powerful MEGAS XLR Mecha is given the mind of Kamina and is ready to unleash uncountable means of devastation onto the ususpecting city of New Jersey along with any enemies unfortunate enough to be in his path. I imagine that Coop and Jamie will be watching on the sidelines from outside the city limits with scorecards rating the new moves that Kamina-X whips out.

Rainbow Dash (My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic) 4 + Human Human Fruit (One Piece) 4 + Fruit From the Tree of Might (Dragonball Z) 7= 15
Rainbow Dash is a Pegasus Pony, granting her the ability to fly manually manipulate the weather, pulling clouds into place and jumping on or kicking them to start up rainshowers and hurl lightning bolts. Rainbow Dash is one of the fastest known Pegasi, capable of breaking the sound barrier to create the “Sonic Rainboom.” She also shows incredible aerial agility even when traveling at high speed. She also demonstrates some minor toon-level durability and above human strength.

The Human Human Fruit grants her a humanoid form. Since she already has a human intelligence, she may also gain a form of Enlightenment as her mind is expanded, but this is merely speculation. She can also shift to a hybrid form, which is 20% cooler than her other forms.

In keeping with the Fruit theme, she has also been given the Fruit of the Tree of Might, to massively increase her strength, durability, and speed, and possibly grant her chi-attacks (or failing chi attacks, should increase the power of her lightning bolts/weather control).


Utena Tenjou (Revolutionary Girl Utena) 1 + Glint Glint Fruit (One Piece) 9 = 10
Utena Tenjou is a skilled fencer, able to deftly cut a rose from someone’s chest without harming them, in a heated sword fight. She is otherwise a very athletic and agile girl for her age. She also possesses a pure heart and a tremendous force of willpower. However, she has no real super powers.

This is mitigated by giving her the Glint Glint Fruit, which gives her a body of living light. This enables line-of-sight “light beam teleports”, renders her immune to physical damage, and allows her to generate and control light. She can fly and fire laser beams with incredible destructive power.


Raquel Applegate (Wild ARMs 4) 4 + Sand Sand Fruit (One Piece) 7 = 11
Raquel is a powerful swordswoman using a large sword for powerful attacks, sufficient to cut through large monsters. She can also channel ambient geomantic energies to imbue her sword attacks with elemental properties where available. She can also induce poison with her strikes. Raquel has incredibly fast reflexes, capable of blocking sword strikes from an opponent in the instances between his time-stop movements, without even looking at him.

Raquel has eaten the Sand Sand Fruit, giving her an elemental body of sand. She can turn into sand, will automatically convert to sand if her body is damaged, can generate and control the sand, and can suck the moisture out of enemies to rapidly dry them to a husk.


Kirika Kure (Oriko Magica) 6 + Venom Venom Fruit (One Piece) 6 = 12
Kirika is a Puella Magi possessing the standard high durability of that type. Like all Puella Magi, she can recover from nearly any injury so long as her Soul Gem is intact and she has sufficient magic to heal herself. She can also perform tremendous leaps, has good agility, and can summon huge hook-shaped knives to slice through solid rock and giant monsters. Kirika’s special power is “Slow Magic,” which enables her to slow down her opponent and her opponent's attacks, granting the illusion of super speed on Kirika’s part. Kirike can also turn this power on herself or others to hinder certain processes, such as holding back her own transformation into a Witch.

The Venom Venom Fruit renders her immune to poison, and can create tremendous amounts of poison in liquid or gas form. The poison can even travel along and “corrupt” solid materials, and soaks right into the enemy’s skin. She can also telekinetically control the poison, allowing her to create “Venom Constructs” to fight with.


Phenix (Exctinctioners) 6 + Mythical Zoan Fruit: Phoenix Model (One Piece) 7 = 13
Phenix is an anthro Phoenix based thematically off the Phoenix Force of the X-Men. She has numerous powers relating to molecular manipulation: shape-shifting, transmutation, telekinesis, and energy blasts. She can also open dimensional portals. While far and away the most powerful member of her team, she doesn’t have too much combat experience, and doesn’t seem to use her powers to their full potential (hence she lacks super-impressive feats).

To make up for a lack of solid physical power, she has been given the Mythical Zoan Fruit: Phoenix Model, which grants her the ability to generate blue flames for rapid self-healing. This also enables her to transform partially or completely in an intangible form of blue fire in the shape of a Phoenix. This form can also block elemental and energy attacks if she so chooses.


Fuu Hououji (Magic Knight Rayearth) 5 + Shock Shock Fruit (One Piece) 8 + = 13
One of the Magic Knights of Cephiro, Fuu is a skilled swordswoman wielding magical armor and a large sword that will instantly become incredibly heavy for any who try to wield it but herself. The sword has at least once blocked a powerful wind pressure attack, and it can easily cut through large monsters. She has the most versatile magic of the Knights, able to cast wind-attack spells, but also has a binding spell, a mystic force shield, and a healing spell (which can repair both flesh and inanimate objects). She can also summon a giant mecha-style magical battle armor, granting her the physical might of a giant mecha. This mecha (Windam) can fly and will scale up the size and power of her magical attacks proportional to its own giant form.

The Shock Shock Fruit brings Fuu ostenisibly closer to her element, transforming her into a being a living lightning. This brings with it immunity to physical damage and generation and control of her element.


Umi Ryuzaki (Magic Knight Rayearth) 5 + Chilly Chilly Fruit (One Piece) 8 + = 13
One of the Magic Knights of Cephiro, Umi is a skilled swordswoman wielding magical armor and a sword that will transform into water and flow out of the hand of any who try to wield it but herself. She can cast water and ice attack spells. She can also summon a giant mecha-style magical battle armor, granting her the physical might of a giant mecha. This mecha (Celes) can fly and will scale up the size and power of her magical attacks proportional to its own giant form.

The Chilly Chilly Fruit brings Umi somewhat closer to her element, transforming her into a being a living ice or snow. This brings with it immunity to physical damage and generation and control of her element. Most importantly, she will be able to instantly freeze any bodies of water which threaten to submerge herself and her teammates, largely mitigating the danger of the universal Devil Fruit weakness to being submerged underwater.


Hikaru Shido (Magic Knight Rayearth) 5 + Magma Magma Fruit (One Piece) 8 = 13
One of the Magic Knights of Cephiro, Hikaru is a skilled swordswoman wielding magical armor, and a sword that will set aflame any who try to wield it but herself. She can cast fire and lightning spells. She can also summon a giant mecha-style magical battle armor, granting her the physical might of a giant mecha. This mecha (Rayearth) can fly and will scale up the size and power of her magical attacks proportional to its own giant form.

The Magma Magma Fruit brings Hikaru somewhat closer to her element, transforming her into a being a living magma, with heat intense enough to overpower normal flame. This brings with it immunity to physical damage and generation and control of her element.

Well it can't be too powerful since they aren't going to be risking breaking the earth's crust or destroying people outside of the city. And Servo has taken Ship weaponry to the 'Dome', crashing his spaceship into another, and he came out laughing . . . literally. That's not counting Borg Auto-shields with the power boost from the Plasmid and sheer numbers.

Also, it will take much trouble to find Batman as he's ditching the rest to hide, as is his custom. With him free the Slow magic and Binding magics will be nulled in defense. Carpet Bombing will have to take the whole city to get him and Servo's clones (All of which are Hive-Minded now) so even if the original dies The Serveaux will live as long as 1 Servo lives.
