It may just be me but I find the new armor really awesome looking, Might just be picture quality but the gold seems kind of tan which looks really good but that is just my opinion

I love the write-up and content. I don't like the gold-heavy aesthetic. The Iron Patriot look is surprisingly cool looking and I could see how it would fit into this universe.

I don't look forward to the rumored direction of the armor's evolution.

I dig the new suit, although I can see why others do not. That said, I can't wait for the deluge of posters who will claim that this is just the "prototype" suit, and the "real" final suit will surely be better. More likely in an Iron Man flick, sure, but still, that sort of thing always happens when folks are disappointed in a hero suit.

The new armor looks terrible. Even a version of his Silver Centurion armor would've looked better. This? This might as well be a nose on the face plate. It's just so... custardy. Blech!

Yeah. The head looks out-of-place with all that gold.

At first I thought the armor was a matte silver finish. But in that shot behind RDJ and the kids it looks like a more beige/gold that you see on cars. I think it'll look good on screen. The back definetly looks like the Bleeding Edge armor. Over on CBM they have some close up shot of it and it looks like they added some more detail to the armor.

The suit's growing on me, but that photoshop above with just the red chestplate does a lot to make it look even better I think.

I dont hate the new armor but I dont particularly like it either. It might be a slight homage to Iron Man's all gold armor in the 60s, kind of like how the suitcase armor was a slight nod to the Silver Centurion. But the suit just looks incomplete, especially after looking at the photoshops that have the red chest and shoulders.

If this movie keeps the trend that Iron Man 1, 2, and Avengers started though... he'll probably only have this armor for half the movie.
