Unless he's popped up in Slott's run. But, please, more Hypo Hustler! It's just ... an awesome idea.

Seriously, why is this not really a regular thing in Spidey comics?

I wouldn't mind seeng him come back, but he's such a product of his time that he's really need an update to be anything other than comic relief.
Empty winds scrape on the soul never stop to realize/Animal whisperings intoxicate the night
Hypnotize the desperate slow motionlight/Wash away into the rain
Blood, milk and sky....
The thing is, I don't think he needs an update at all. He'd be gold as straight-up comic relief. And there are a hellova lot of things you can do with a guy who's power boils down to "music hypnotism". But still as a walking 70s anachronism. Y'know how Spidey kept smacking around Shocker in USM? Like that. (But then, eventually, we got a fantastic USM Shocker issue outta it).
What I really wanna see is how do you fit him in the Marvel sliding timescale? Pete went to "retro night" with his buddies?
Hypno-Hustler in small doses is OK, but I think he'd get old quick as a "regular thing."
His memory's gone! Or...is it? It's not hard to fake amnesia! The Goblin is capable of anything!
Wasn't he just announced as one of the members of the All-Winners Squad at SDCC?
And that and he's in the upcoming Spidey/Deadpool Avenging Spider-Man 2 parter in September/October.
Really? Damn. I gots to get those. Still holding out hope for NFL Superpro / Hypno Hustler roadtrip teamup book
