Aw man, I wanted to see AJ pull an Alliance/Kurt Angle storyline. Not bad though, AJ got a good swing at Doc, damn. (Even if the hammer is plastic.)

It's good to see AJ not forming alliances. Kayfabe-wise, he doesn't have a reason to care about this conflict and both sides tried to forced him into something that he had nothing to do with.

I don't think Gunner's a bad choice. But Gunner exemplifies a real problem TNA has: they don't protect anyone's look/gimmick. Just like there was once three people running around with that little gladiator skirt thing that Petey Williams is still wearing, Gunner came back looking like Mike Knox and Matt Morgan had a really ugly baby. I thought for a second that it was Matt Morgan joining James Storm - same huge dark beard, same jeans, same tattoo arrangement. Heck, you could even throw Eric Young in there with the same general giant beard if he'd been around more over the last year.

For good or bad, that sort of look infringement wouldn't happen in WWE. TNA routinely makes this kind of mistake of letting several people run around with the same distinctive feature, and it just means that a lot of people can't remember who's who, especially with lower-card guys.

And I'm still digging mute AJ. He belives in NOTHING!

Been a long time since I've seen a good IWC rage here. Last time I've seen that was when Roode lost BFG

steve beat me to it but as far as i know the IWC is still pretty fond of TJP. that cristo into a pin and "spiderman" spot in the ropes is what gave it away to me. not sure why they didn't just bring him back as puma though.

he might not get to show it in the suicide gimmick but the dude can work the mat and trade submission holds with the best of them.

now lets see if anybody will admit they were wrong about it being a rehash of sting in WCW.

AJ did the right thing, to kurt. A&E were pretty nice to him though and didn't really deserve that.
