WEAPON/MARTIAL SKILL: Norma can always be seen with her trusty guitar "Lemmy" strapped over her shoulder. A replica of an old EC-100T that has been in her family for many generations. Despite that fact, it is still in perfect working condition thanks to many years of dedicated care, and repair. It has now been passed to Norma, who will now have the awesome duty to take care of it...and not to lose it. She also is a bit of a brawler who knows how to fight dirty, and some combinations. All thanks to some personal lessons by a close personal friend of her father.
Lemmy's Appearance:
PERSONAL SKILLS: She is a gifted musician who can play numerous other instruments besides the guitar. Among them are the piano, drums, sax, and is working on perfecting the gong. Norma is also well versed in mixing drinks, having "borrowed' her fathers "How To Be A Bartender" from time to time. But beware, her drinks are very powerful.
CHARACTER HISTORY AND PERSONALITY: By all accounts Norma had a normal, and pretty comfortable childhood. Her parents owned a highly popular night club called "Bane". A place where many of Eden's rich and powerful people liked to congregate. It was also a place where many musical acts, both popular and up and coming would preform on a nightly basis. From those very performances, Norma found her love of music, and her desire to learn it. From the times sneaked into watch them, to the time when her parents gave her a family owned guitar, her desire to "Be one with the music" continued to grow. When she was old enough, her parents noticed that there daughter had considerable musical talent, and offered her a chance to preform. And, as the budding musician she was, she obviously jumped at the chance. While it would become a important moment in her life, it would be for a different reason.
She didn't remember much from the performance, and some spots are hazy. What she dose remember is she started playing her guitar, going through her first song when her powers manifested. Midway through her song, she blacked out...and woke up to a demolished club. To her, it looked like a tornado smashed the place the pieces, and managed to rip the stage in two. When the authorities arrived and cleaned up the mess, the full extant of the damage was shown. The club was beyond repair, and numerous people where injured. No one was killed, but the resulting lawsuits that where surly to follow would more then likely destroy her parents finically. That was when representatives from Arcadia showed up, and offered Norma, and her parents a deal to good to pass up. The school would take in Norma, and help her control her parents and Arcadia would pay for all the damages, and find a new place for the club. With little else to do, they took the deal. Now, with her guitar over her shoulder, she is on her way to Arcadia.
Norma's personality is one of a laid back party girl who likes to have a good time. She is also very liberal on certain topics that many would find risque, or would be down right offended by. However, she is also a very bright person who is never short on words or on opinions when a topic of interest strikes her fancy. As for confrontation...she has been known to get involved in a fight or two.

Power 1:
Wind Mosh: Depending on how she plays certain notes on her trusty guitar, she can generate several different types wind blades ranging from sort slashes to long ranged blades. However, her attacks can only go so far with the shortest being about ten feet, and the longest being about fifty. The same goes for damage output. The short the smaller the slashes, the greater the damage output is and vice versa.
Power 2:
Against The Wind: A defensive technique Norma busts out when she is in a jam. By quickly playing a fierce solo, she can create a power torrent of wind to surround her. Encompassing a ten foot radius around her that acts like a moving shield. It can only be sustained for about ten minuets, and when it drops, it will leave her in an exhausted state.
Power 3:
Jump!: By playing a light solo, Notma can creat a small torrent of air underneath her feet. This can allow her to levitate up to thirty feet, and for about five minutes. However, the time and distance decreases when she has to carry someone, or her power is exhausted.
