I had originally planned it so that Rivia was the last one to 'wake up' after fighting The Other, since it did occur in her mental landscape. But this with Rose complicates things somewhat. For my own sense of logic, Yun, I'd like to say that Rose woke up long enough for Rivia to wake up. She could have then fell asleep again.

Unless you want to involve Rivia in this somehow.

I opened it up to allow conversation, but Sloane was the only one who tried. Everyone else, Cas especially, just moved on to other things. Not much I could have done about that. Rivia should have been the last to regain consciousness since she had to make sure everyone else made it first. A hostess doesn't turn off the lights and lock the doors until after all her guests are safely on their way home.
