Not really. And there's really no reason to think she would yet. She hasn't had to acclimate herself to English yet because the vast majority of beings she's encountered since arriving on Earth could communicate in Kryptonian. Superman, the Worldkillers, and Siobhan thanks to her ability. Now that she's leaving Siobhan and Tom for a while, my guess is she'll start to pick it up pretty quick from here on out.

I felt like it was pretty heavily implied that 'someone else' is Tycho. I hope that's the case, anyway. His initial appearance was a little odd, but if they turn him into a reoccurring villain or ever-present threat pursuing her, I think it'd help give the series some purpose and direction. I've enjoyed the series for the most part, but it does seem meandering at times. This was my favorite issue so far, just for fleshing out her supporting cast (I don't think they'll stay gone for long) and, if I'm right, giving her a consistent antagonist to propel the story forward.

I really enjoyed this issue. Other issues have had more intense action or emotion, but this issue was exceptionally well-rounded.
Same Day: Batgirl, Supergirl, WW, DemonK, JLD, Dial H, Earth 2, SoS
Maybe Later: Action, GL, Aqua, DCUP, Titans, Firestorm, Animal, Swampy, Batwoman, Worlds F, JL, Flash, PhantomS, BoP, GL: NG
Current Favorites: The Goon, Batgirl, Chew, Witchblade, Vibe, The Sixth Gun, Saga, Billy the Kids Old Time Oddities, Fatale, Batwoman, Talon, Storm Dogs, Earth 2, Justice League of America, Slumptown
I think the book's perfect. I'm even down with the pacing. Even her supporting cast is lovable. And cool villains! That's something a lot of New 52 books are failing to do. Old rogues are classics but so many new ones haven't been sticking to the wall for me. Not a single criticism for this book.
Supergirl, "Hello!"
I love, love, love Supergirl. This is by far one of my favorite titles. Another great issue.
Like I'd hoped, a return to the greatness of the earlier issues. The bad guy was a bit bland and 'moustache-twirling' for my liking, but I get that he was probably just Tycho's goon softening her up a bit.
This was a great issue . . . nothing terribly SPECTACULAR or STUPENDOUS happened, but it was a good, clean issue that followed up from last issue and sets things up nicely for future issues. And, most importantly, it didn't feel like a place-holder to try and make an arc long enough for the tpb, but it seemed more like a "slice of life" (sorry, but I couldn't resist a pizza reference!) / "day in the life" one-and-done issue that can clearly stand on its own.
Many comic book writers seem to have forgotten how to do those types of issues these days.
Congress shall make no law . . . abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
I good issue like friendship between Kara Siobhan and Tom also liked possible future romance with Kara and Tom overall good issue
