    Robert Downey Jr. made a surprise appearance during Marvel Studios' "Iron Man 3" Comic-Con International kids costume contest, playing to the crowd and interacting with the kids.

    I can't tell if RDJ has actually become Tony Stark, like, he's become lost in the character... or Tony Stark is just RDJ with the charisma turned up to 11.

    I don't remember where I read the following this weekend, but someone quoted RDJr as saying "My wife hates me when I play Tony Stark..."

    I think this is so wonderful how much he appreciates the fans (I know it's more than that Stark-sized payday he earned.), so cool.

    Imagine if all of a sudden the face plat of that armour came up and RDJ was actually in the suit? That would have been even more awesome.

    That was only slightly less awesome than the story about Ron Perlman last week. Props to RDJ for doing that. He made those kids Con, that I am sure.
