It will run through issue 96 which won't be released until Sept/Oct. Then you're looking at at least a year so they can put out the higher profit margin trades, Ultimate Collections, and Library Editions. November 2013 would be the earliest I would expect to see this. More likely some time early to mid 2014.

I saw Walking Dead Compendium 2 is set for Nov 2012. and 100 just came out. Arnt TWD trades bought more?

Where did you see it was through issue 96? That would mean something big must be coming...Not that I didn't get that feeling already.

Just an assumption based on TWD compendium and that Kirkman has said he's anal about that kind of thing. So 48 per each volume.

Yes. But the first volume of TWD compendium came out several years before the Invincible one did. Any collection of the comic sells well so there is less need to worry about cannibalizing sales than there is for Invincible.

But, again, my answer was just guess work and assumptions based on prior release times.

1) Is it in full color? I ask because I can't seem to get a definite answer from the place I am thinking about buying it.
2) Are the issues separated in some way? I've been reading the Walking Dead trades and find myself blowing through them because they aren't seprated and they're too good to put down.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

1. Yes the compendium is in full color.
2. Yes the issues are separated by the covers.

Amazon.com has it for less then $38 delivered. Cant beat that as the thing is HEAVY!
