    I like this idea too.
The (huge) increase in WW press and cb sales because of his name couldn't hurt either.

I don't see Lee doing much more than a mini series, which could be cool but I don't think I'd be happy with him being on the main title.

Did I mention that I like his art :-)
Well, I will disagree with the word: overrated :)

It'd be nice to see her SELL like the Justice league and get her back up from that #37 position she ended up with last reporting period.

Then go back to meat n potatoes story telling.

Well, I don't like the way he draws her much -- so maybe writing is his forte --although I'm pretty sure I don't want to see Johns on pencils, and he's gotta do SOMETHING to justify all that money they're paying him!

Considering she is now about 50 positions up from pre-Flashpoint levels?

Well, is that like to some of us thinking that Azz and/or Chiang is overrated? That every time a new Wonder Woman book comes out from Azz, it is the best ever. That he somehow tops the previous issue 10 times in a row. Sounds like alot of hyperbole coming from the Azz crowd to me.

I prefer my Wonder Woman in a bathing suit that she isn't constantly in danger of falling out of and with a face that doesn't suggest that she's around 18 years old (or younger).

I really like how Wonder Woman is being drawn in her own series by the regular artist. Wonder Woman looks imposing, yet still obviously feminine. I'm not a huge fan of how she is depicted in Justice League.

You do realise that Chiang still has a fair bit of respect from his peers? I don't see Lee working with the likes of Neil Young, for instance. As such, he IS a top artist, you just don't like him. But then I think there's going to be varying definitions of what a 'top artist' is, given you've got a Michael Turner version of Diana as an icon, and I found his illustrations generally grotesque and like a sub-par Jim Lee, which is really saying something.

Lee wouldn't even be able to do a Hush-style twelve issues these days, either - not that Chiang has been able to do twelve in a row, but I think everyone would be expecting Lee to do something like his Hush run.

So you're complaining because the people liking Azz's run like each successive issue and find it better than the last as part of an ongoing storyline? Sounds like nonsense to me.

I like to see JAE Lee draw WW. His work on Ozymandias is gorgeous.

That reply doesn't really fit my comment, however...

....she appears to be actively returning there quite quickly. #13, to 15, to 25 now to 37.... The sales, luckily, appear to be holding steadily in the mid 40's.

And yet I'd imagine everything without a 'Bat' attached to the title has been doing the same. Especially in the wake of AvX, which has knocked nearly everything not Batman or Before Watchmen away from the top ten.

And yet.. Batman and JL are still in the top 10 generating 130,000 ordered copies AVX or not. I just don't see how a couple of comics can affect the ENTIRE line of DC Comics to the point where everyone moves down in the index except for those two titles.
