Make a Change to the Ultimate Marvel Verse

You are allowed to make three changes to the Ultimate Marvel Universe. However they must affect Spiderman, X-men, and the Ultimates in someway (if one change you make affects all three the other two can be used to do whatever you want to the verse).

However you must also "drop" 3 fictional characters that are not from any type of Marvel verse into the Ultimate verse and one of them at least must be a villain (Prep-type or serious threat to a team of heroes). They may not all also be from the same universe i.e. only one from their own verse (Don't try to scrue the rules by using alternate universes of DC because if its DC it must only be one DC character).

What changes do you make? What characters do you choose to drop in Marvel? How do they affect the Marvel Verse?

Logan becomes not a skank.

Pietro/Wanda do not sleep together.

The two Spider-Men alternate/team up instead of Peter dying.

Similarly, if Logan is still a skank, then Peter makes a point of punching him in the mouth every time they see each other. Hard.

I toss in, I dunno, Ranma Saotome, NiGHTS, and maybe Hakumen no Mono.

And I'll throw in The Flash so Speed Force is now part of the Ultimate universe.

I undo the effects of Ultimatum (which I believe effected all of the required people/groups, so that is taken care of). I give Carol Danvers her 616 Ms. Marvel powers, because she really got screwed in Ultimate Marvel by being turned into basically Maria Hill. I eliminate the wife beating subplot from Ultimates, because it really didn't need to be duplicated. I drop in Sinestro, David Xanatos, and Skynet.

If you have Ranma, who needs Spiderman? Let him stay dead. Ranma can do the job much better.

He's good for the fighting, but Spidey's villains sometimes do things that require his scientific know-how to stop/prevent. Not to mention that you'd have to deal with his Rogues Gallery expanding to include Gwen, Kitty, Mary Jane, Felicia Hardy, and Aunt May.

I guess you have a point, oh and I wasn't being mean to Spiderman. Everyone loves Spiderman, including me, regardless of what universe he's from. Everyone except his enemies that is.

OK, my three "drops" are Captain Planet, Ryo-ohki and (for the villain) Skeletor. (I wonder how the Ultimate versions of Power Pack or Runaways react to them... )

My changes are: Peter Parker lives, Captain America isn't an asshole, and Ultimate Extinction never occurs.

Aside from not killing Peter, not sure what change I would make since I am not that familiar with it,

As for drops, Dr. Who w/tardis of course, Haruhi Suzumiya or Index (A Certain Magical Index) but since we need villain, might as well throw Q (ST:TNG) in as well.
