oh boy oh boy. been looking forward to this all week.
God, enough with the wedding! Move on!
Some pretty covers there. For the second time today, I'm reminded that I'd love an all-female team book. Strip all the guys out of the first cover and you'd have Elektra, Black Cat, Spider-woman and both She-hulks. That's a pretty sweet 'street-level' team of Avengers.
Don't know who the woman in the second Gambit cover is, but I'm glad it's not Rogue, and hoping Gambit moves on and develops into a better fleshed-out, pro-active character.
Character regression. Yay!The writer promised that Gambit will "get back to his stealing roots, pinching his way across the Marvel universe in every way possible."
"Man invented language to satisfy his deep need to complain" Steven Pinker
Didn't realize Captain Marvel was gonna be cutesy pseudo-feminist "Rosie the Riveter" junk. Not to mention it seems to completely support war and the military. Way to blow your only female-fronted major title, Marvel. Dropping instantly.
I am curious about that Betty Ross cover, ongoing or mini?
Seriously this Next Big Thing is being stretched again because weren't these the Next Big Thing at the last convention and I dont see how a writer leaving a book comes under that unless you say who is taking over.
C'mon Marvel give us some real news.
