    Default A quick question.

    Hi all,

Firstly, I'd like to apologise, as this post may be in the wrong section. But I wasn't sure where to post it.

I'm new to comics and what I have read so far I've loved.

However, I am wondering, what method do you all use when reading your comics? IE:

Do you read a new comic the day it comes? And, if so, do you find it hard to follow the story as the previous issues you read was released some weeks ago?

Or, do you allow a few to build up and then read 5-7 issues in a row over a few days to allow a story to remain fresh in your mind for the large part?

Or, do you have another methods to read your comics, ensuring the content is fresh in your mind when you go onto the next issue?

I've sometimes been reading an issue and I completely forget what happen previously so it's made the story harder to follow.

I'm sorry if this comes across a stupid question.

    But thanks guys. Truly.

I buy new issues as they come (digitally these days), but I often re-read the previous issue just before, to refresh my memory.

I don't usually remember or have time to get my comics on the day they come out. I use comixology, though, so they never run out!

Sometimes I forget what happened. If I do, I'll just open a new tab and look at the previous issue. If it's a floppy, I'll dig it out of my room.

I've let stuff build up. It's really fun. I don't have a lot of patience, though!

Sometimes I reread all the previous issues if I'm really excited about a series.

The only rule to reading comics is that it has to be done in the bathroom while taking a dump.

I like to start with the first issue. If I miss it I might pick up the trade later, used for cheap.

I actually have what I call my crap comics... comics I read while taking a crap. They are kept in the bathroom. hahaha. These are usually the books that have gotten bad but I'm trying to hold on for a creative team change or to finally give up.
Pull-List: A very lot of DC New 52, America's Got Powers, Creator Owned Heroes, Harbinger, Planetoid, Resident Alien, Saga, The Walking Dead
