Now, about the Bloodshot HC... Is it well worth the price???
And, yup, will you want too y bank account info for automatic withdrawals??? What do you think Atom!? (Hi, man!!!)
It looks like were getting 2 books twice a month. I would like it better if we got a Valiant book every week, the 2 issues that came out this week were great.
I'm glad to see that they're reprinting some of the classic stuff. I wonder if the presence of Gold Key characters (Magnus, Solar, Turok) in some of the books means they won't be able to reprint them?
I really want a couple Archer & Armstrong collections, but there's a Unity crossover early on that might make this impossible rights-wise.
They can reprint any books with the Gold Key characters appearing. They can not, however, use their names or images to sell the books (ie they cannot describe or picture their appearance on the front or back covers or in any solicits).
The Archer & Armstrong: First Impressions trade includes issues 0-6 including the two unity issues. Solar also appears in issues in both the XO: Birth and Harbinger: The Beginning trades. All of which were published by the new VEI ownership.
As far as the two books every two weeks deal, I think the idea is people are more likely to pick up a second book if they are there for one of the others. Just some marketing strategy, I suppose. I would like one per week as well.
VALIANT, Saga, Manhattan Projects, Locke & Key, Hawkeye, Young Avengers.
I never read any Valiant comics before two months ago. Now I look forward to picking up all four of these ongoings.
I'll be getting everything as well, except for the Bloodshot HC.![]()
