    Default Conan The Barbarian #6

Holy fucking balls man. Just as I thought this book couldn't get any better, we get this one. Brian Wood, Harren and Stewart were put on this earth to make this comicbook. Brutal, violent, poetic. That's how I describe this issue. Send more this way please!

I'm going to have to disagree. I thought this issue was great on the action, but not balanced with the story. I got to the end and was sort of bored. Pace the story and action and I'd give this an A+. As is I'd say it's a B.

I loved this issue. And as much as I would love to see Harren at the Big Two, he's clearly made for Conan and BPRD.

Can't say I'm a fan of Harren's art, I miss Cloonan - and Cary Nord for that matter; although Im glad he's doing great work over at Valiant nowadays.

Yet Conan having such second thoughts and moral issues with his current path really nailed it for me.
It's true that Conan's personality core has always been about the 'adventurer, honest and noble savage' that REH ingrained into his creation originally but this depth of character work is truly a step above.
