Does 50s Cap even count, given he was already dead to begin with?

Red Skull, a couple of times, but let's face it, when doesn't the Red Skull die? Same thing with Machinesmith, who I guess technically just got killed off, but if he came back, would anyone even need an explanation?

I forget, did Man Without a Face die? But even if he was technically a Golden Age character, for all intents and purposes, he was new.

The other guys D-Man killed, but I'm pretty sure they were all replacements of replacements of replacements.

Mother Night. Bucky definitely killed of Mother night.

Lukin, but Bru created him, so whatever.

All I can think of. So of ones that really count, maybe D-Man (although I'm waiting till the conclusion), Mother Night, Nomad.
The Punisher: I’m going to cauterize your rectum, sealing it shut, so when you turn those delicious Pink Pants™ Fruit Pies into waste products the bilirubin in your feces will leach into your bloodstream and you’ll die screaming! And I’ll watch while having sex with this grateful prostitute!

Trussed-Up Hooker: Blueberry are my favorite!

I co-wrote that Cap and Bucky arc with Fred Davis to set that up, actually.

Also, they're fictional characters, in case anyone has forgotten that.

Thank you Mr.Ed Brubaker for highlighting this overlooked fact, and it also gives me an excuse to use this vid clip from "Jay and Silent Bob Strike back (Click on the link please)

Sadly it stops where Ben Affleck is telling Jay that the internet posters are talking about "Bluntman and Chronic" who are indeed fictional characters

I don't know how I missed this post.

I could have sworn that Gru created the Jack Monroe Nomad (I knew that Englehart created Jack Monroe).

I had to google the DeMatties stuff.

    Whoops. Sorry.

Congratulations on the Winter Soldier being in Cap 2!!!
