There was an old 90's character that I liked back in the day. He was a blantant attempt of ripping off Spawn. Nightwatch, I think his name was. Yeah, I would love to see that chaffed ultimatized.

They both existed previously. Xorn was like wyokid said. Later, he was revealed to have a brother named Shen Xorn revealed that Kuan-Yin (the original Xorn) was crazy or something. It was a very poorly executed retcon. His name wasn't spelled with a Z then, but yeah. I've always thought Xorn would be a cool person to Ultimize, so leave it up to Hickman to take a relatively nominal (though notorious) character and turn him into something equally awesome elsewhere.

There is, he was introduced shortly after they retconned Magneto back to life in the pages of a Chuck Austen X-Men book, although he is called Shen Xorn, he was the original Xorn's twin brother just like Zorn.

You can't Ultimatize The Living Tribunal. He's the same character no matter what universe.
