OK, I need to buy my son a helmet, because his head is going to explode when he hears about this.
BUT HOW ?!?!
I mean How did this happen with Capcom and Sega cool with it...![]()
Hell. Yes. This news just made my whole day.
Well I'm in
Child Of The Atom Smasher
Well, Nintendo and Sega are teaming up a lot these days, but even forgetting that, Capcom was making plenty of games for Sega consoles. Heck, they had a Mega Man game for Genesis and one for Game Gear, so even during the 90s, there was no rivalry between Capcom and Sega at all.
There have been plenty of Capcom games on Sega Consoles in the past. And now-a-days they're just two Japanese game developers. I mean, if Sonic can appear in Super Smash Bros, anything is possible.
Now, Archie just needs to get the license to do Super Mario comics...
This crossover sounds like the coolest thing since cool came to Cool Town. I'm in.

Two of my Favorite games were Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and Megaman 2. Great stuff. I was playing Megaman X yesterday. You can't beat those old games in my book.
uhhhhh, never read the comics, though. :)
They're very good books to read.
The only thing that annoys me about the crossover is that its going to be in Sonic, Sonic Universe, and Mega Man. I suppose it would be easier for Ian to do it this way instead of taking on a fifth title. I hope archie collects it into one big trade instead of three separate ones, but it doesnt matter that much since their trades are dirt cheap.
Reading Mega Man, not reading Sonic, not particularly interested in reading Sonic (despite enjoying the games), somewhat annoyed by the prospect of having to buy Sonic comics if I want to get the full story. Then again, most people wouldn't think Mega Man could make for a good story, but Ian Flynn's book has been a lot of fun. So I'll give the whole thing a chance.
Also, I recently finished Mega Man X and started playing Mega Man X2 on the Wii Virtual Console. RIP Green Biker Guy! Never Forget!
