DC Comics Solicitations for October, 2012

I may pick up an issue of that Curse of the Constantines Hellblazer arc - sounds like a fun story and that Biz cover is amazing. If Simon were providing interiors I'd jump in, no questions asked. If I like it, I'll probably get it collected somewhere along the way.

Otherwise, nothing. I'm done giving DCnu my $.

Lots of cool and interesting stuff to look forward to reading.

I did find it very odd that Rob whatshisname is writing an awful lot of comics for DC.

He's wearing overalls, like a farmer. Dude's a zombie from the late 19th century- it's not terribly out of character for him. I'm not sure what your hubbub is.

Also, I forgot to mention how incredible- and incredibly Morrisonian- the Phantom Stranger/Phantom Zone story sounds. Makes me think of the Two-Face/No-Face/False Face story mentioned in Batman 700.

Not exactly sure why this isn't a Vertigo title, but I'll be getting it along with my usual Vertigo and DC pulls.

I'm not sure why its not Vertigo now either, but this book was conceived when Wildstorm was still a separate imprint so that's why its in the "Beyond" section. But yeah, I'm going to treat it as Vertigo.
