Who is going to die in Snyder's "Death of the Family"?

I don't think they will either. I know they call Batman Inc. one of "the New 52" but Inc. isn't part of the continuity. Morrison is getting to finish his story and he doesn't care about what is or isn't in the DCnU. He is the only writer with enough clout to get to do that. There are a few examples but the most obvious are; Batman saves Talia as Batman at least 4 years before any Batman existed in the DCnU, and Element Man talks about learning a trick when he was on Justice League which now has never had any new members.

I'm calling the swerve. It's death of "the family" like the extreme negative position on things like divorce/gay marriage etc. except with a supervillain taking the place of women working outside the home.

Edit to be clear. I'm not calling any of those things negative. They are just examples of things that are "destroying America/the family" according to certain media types.

Even if they do kill some one they will be brought back any way, and probably as a super villain. lol

I think there will be a falling away in the family. Dick and Tim (possibly others) will join Jason in their disdain from Bruce based off events from this arc. Hence death of the family. Dick and Tim will just just not be as majorly turned away from Bruce as Jason is

Nightwing and Jason Todd have monthly comics, Damian is Robin and that doesn't look like it will change, Tim Drake is the odd character out by that math.

I can see something like this. Can't put my finger on it but Snyder/Higgins seem to have something against the Dick/Bruce relationship. I don't think anyone will actually be killed off.

None of them will die. Hell, I don't think any of them will be maimed.

The Joker is trying to show the rest of the Bat Family that they're redundant--that the real dance is between him and Batman, no one else. He'll torture them, he'll put them through hell, but he's doing it to get Bruce's attention.

He might kill Harper Row...

Maybe Leslie Thompkins, just because what's the point of Leslie Thompkins anymore.

I wouldn't mind if he killed/crippled Tim Drake and Tim became the new Oracle, but... I dunno. I really don't expect anyone to die/be permanently scarred.

I do not think they will kill anyone. It is still way to early into the reboot to start killing anyone in non dead titles.
Personally I would find it kinda funny/shocking if they do a repeat performance of Jason Todd.

That's my guess. It could be Leslie Thompkins, Steph or Cass, but they've all been absent from the new 52 so far, so there's no build up there at all. Similar to Lincoln March turning out the be the bad guy in the Court of Owls: if anyone dies here, it's probably the woman that's just been introduced.

Don't think any well known character will be killed. Or at least I hope not. I do worry for Tim Drake though. I think he's the beloved character to be maimed. Although, Alfred is probably the most beloved so who knows?
