I'm betting that's a cover with a lineup for something. Notice the papers with question marks? Definitely a lineup.

    Marvel Movie Executives, obviously.

Well, it's nice to see Marvel trying to gain new readers by taking advantage of curious new fans from the Avengers movies. A bit late, but it's a good effort. It's too bad they wasted the Ultimate Universe. That would've been a perfect avenue for fans to get comics that are close to the movies.

You know I was thinking of jumping into Marvel with this relaunch ,but then I decided I should just buy more DC Comics.

I thought they were the covers for a bunch of the Marvel NOW! books. But what you said sounds more likely.

Still, if this is just Sam Jackson taking over the Avengers because the movie, then I'm going to be annoyed.

Which seems to have little or no affect on monthly sales.

It makes me said how incredibly predictable Marvel has become. It's almost formulaic now.

Maybe before they launch a new Point One they might want to get to the stories that started in the last one. At least 3 of them have yet to surface. So that promise of setting the groundwork for Marvel, not really true. More like we'll lie about how important this so you will buy it

Does anyone really buy anything these jokers hype anymore. They obviously aren't capable of doing anything shocking, interesting or different.

I like that he's extending his hand rather than just point a gun straight at the reader.

I've gotten over the forced inclusion of Nick Jr. I really did not like how much Marvel kept shoving in things because of the movie, and they took Marcus Johnson and went out of their way to ensure that he has 616 Ultimate Nick Fury, but maybe he might be worth something. Maybe.

I just hope Marvel NOW! Point One is the final .1 issue for a while.
