I am intrigued by this Marvel now, And i approve at the little dig at DC with regards to Throwing SH*T at the wall, i hope they give books a longer trial period DC was Canceling books i was just starting to buy left and right it really turned me off to the whole initiative. But like all projects i have yet to read i will wait and see and like the new 52 i wish marvel luck and hope this works out and brings in more readers. and lets hope the books are good!

See... Axel has to know it just won't work out that way. Does he really believe a book like, say, Captain Marvel will make it past the winter? Who's he trying to fool?

Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaannnnnn. This is why I can't stand DC and Marvel. "just slapped" a lot of books with 1's and the comic book market/industry will be saved!!!

Not going to bother wasting my $$ and lets face it, 80% of these book of not all are going to be at $3.99.

The only part that I liked regarding DC:

We aren't throwing $#!# at a wall, seeing what falls off and then replacing it with more $#!#.
Even through that is what Marvel is doing for years.
    Who's there?

"A couple more reasons why I think this book is big. First, a few years ago, we asked why a team that called itself "Earth's Mightiest Heroes" didn't include Wolverine and Spider-Man. It was a seismic move that made the Avengers into Marvel's top-selling franchise long before they appeared on the silver screen. I suspect that a team composed of X-Men and Avengers -- or as Tom Brevoort puts it: "It's cats and dogs TOGETHER!" -- will have the same kind of impact."

Does this mean we can finally get the X-Men (i.e. Wolverine and Storm) out of the main Avengers book. They can have their own little title here that's a mix of both worlds.

    It means the exact opposite.

More Mutants and Avengers everywhere, all the time.

    It's Earth's Mightiest, not Earth's most popular.

    A STROKE OF HAPPINESS!

I was too busy noticing an un-Phoenixed Colossus running around. Not exactly spoilers, I guess, but still...

    It's not a time-travel story, is it?

It's just a story that has no place in time. It just is.

Let's not even open this can of worms, because there were quite a few Avengers who never fit Earth's Mightiest anything over the years.
Why aren't you reading Winter Soldier? You should be!
