    The top two are commissions, the last one is, I believe, a promo-piece or cover from the obscure piece of sh*t that was the X-men/Wildcats crossover. It had different eras I believe, like the Golden and Silver Age, in on it.

    Brian Wood is a phenomenal up-and-coming writer who shows a lot of promise, and Sara Pichelli does simply GORGEOUS work. I'd love to read any series by them, especially involving the X-Men.

    In answer though, I'd give Aaron better than even odds of fixing the mess, if given free reign.

    I'm saying Gillen because Uncanny is getting robbed from him right now. He's such a good writer but his run has been dogged with crossovers. I never felt he had enough time without all those bloody tie-in issues to actually come into his own own the title. Always felt like he was the cusp of greatness and then something got in the way.
