"Honest Abe's a 'mo!" - Hank Venture from the Venture Bros.
PIS cannot be turned on even by the OP. Mod's have said as much many a time. That said JLU Supes may be too fast for the elite.
Yeah I give up. They would need like a bajillion UNs to take it out. And they would all have to work.
I thought there was a rule that PIS could never be turned on? That said, did Black show offensive telepathy in the movie? I can't remember.
A woman can move a lot faster with her skirt up than a man can with his pants down.
PIS is never on. Period. Why?
Basically, PIS on means people can write the debate as they please and play one character low while another is played high. No more level playing field when it comes to applying feats, no more 'High-end, consistent showings', essentially going directly against how the board operates. So one person could be arguing that yes, Superman has superspeed, and another can argue that no, he doesn't, because he never uses it.
This does not create a good debate, and basically goes against the grain of Rumbles.
Next problem - suddenly everyone will want to do a PIS-on thread.
When one sits back and considers, one can see why Gordon decided to actually make a ruling about that.
