Marvel has released a sparse teaser image for the upcoming Spider-Man event "Minimum Carnage" with more information to come at Comic-Con International 2012.

They already did one several years back. And the Omnibus editions usually seem to be reserved for longer runs than a mere 14-part story. If anything I can see them reprinting the old volume they did years back.

I think it would be an interesting twist on the character to have him shrunk to only 1 inch tall and see how much damage he could still do.

As someone who has never cared for Carnage or any of the other symbiote characters, I have to say that "Minimum Carnage" sounds like a dumb name for an event, but a great policy for the Spider-Man line of books.

Teaser looks interesting, and the title is a funny nod to the classic storyline.
