Actually,no. Jean was declared Legally dead, which mean that she and Scott are no longer married.

This was mentioned in Incredible Hulks when Betty came back. She said that she and Bruce were no longer married since her father had her declared legally dead. Plus, present day Jean is still dead and the O5 Jean is probably hooked up with O5 Scott.

Though when she find out how her Marriage to Scott ends(Scott cheating on her with Emma), she might break it off with her Scott.

I'm pretty sure the new/old 05 are from such an early point in time that Jean and Scott haven't gotten past the secret crushes stage, given the uniform we see Jean wear.

I do think it would be nice if Teen Jean had a better relationship with Rachel than her older self did. So much of Jean's apprehensions about Rachel began with Rachel having the Phoenix force.
