...but...Phoebe was a clone...
So the bulk of the prisoners are confirmed to be in Utopia, yes? Does that mean that Carol is just hanging out by herself in Limbo with the demons? Oh dear.
Phoebe never was a little girl. *facepalm*, the Cuckoos are only 2 years old and were aged via machine. Spiderwoman you absolute retard.
They'll stand before a tribunal, so that whole "there's no due process" bitching can seize.
Does Spider-Woman actually know this? Sure, she knows her captor's name, but does she have any reason to suspect that Phoebe is an artificially-aged construct? While I know Bendis has a spotty record (being gracious here) with continuity, I do like those moments where he demonstrates that the hereos don't really know all that much about each other. Why would a C-list Avenger (and I like Spider-Woman, just being honest) have all of the deets about an X-character who has pretty well been sequestered to the mutant world?
It's pretty obvious from the main AvX that Bendis doesn't know/care about Warsong, Endsong and all that dreck.
The Cuckoos have appeared enough times and not once have they mentioned anything like that. They're artificially aged to 12 or 14 years old btw so technically she's still a child. Must dig out that issue from New X-Men v2. Think they're 12 actually.
Breaking an entry and assault.
I'm so bored with this martyrdom routine, this halo all you X-men love to polish. Self-described soldiers adorned in an "X" with no dedication to what it actually stands for.
