AWESOME! I'm kind of hoping Booth is taking this on, though him designing these two is no real indication on that considering DC's well of artists turned redesigners. I wasn't invested in Deadman, The Challengers let me cold on the first issue (even though I thought it would scratch the same itch as OMAC) and I didn't even try the Savage storyline, so this MAY very likely be my first full DCU Pres story. Heck, I hope this prooves to be good, as I'm really not even getting much of any of the DC stuff right now.

I've always loved the idea of a multipart anthology series for DCU Presents. Even if a story comes along I'm not interested in, chances are something will come along I will be interested in, be it character or creator. I enjoyed the Challengers arc and am looking forward to the Kid Flash and Zero issues. I'll be adding this to the pile as well.

Two of my favourite characters together, count me in. I really like the designs on both characracters, yeh I'm hoping Booth is the artist, but even if not I'm on it. Also enjoyed all that Marc Andreyko had to say. Hope this pulls enough readers to get it's own comic.

FYI - Tony Isabella is the SOLE creator of Black Lightning. Just to be clear. No matter how DC tries to rewrite that history.

Love it. Good to see both Black Lightning and Blue Devil coming out of the gates relatively early in the new52, who knew they'd be walking through that gate together? Could be the start of a new Outsider's series, but if its good, I'd probably prefer it just be the two of them.

Oh heck yeah! LOVED Blue Devil in his early years, sighed when they tried to make him dark and edgy, and then fell in love again with him in Shadowpact. Black Lightning always radiated dignity to me and I like him though I am not as big a fan of his as I am Dan. I hope the creative team can find the right mix of light hearted and series in this that they are looking for, because lighthearted fun is one thing sorely lacking in many DC series right now IMO.

I hope this is good, and if it's as good as I hoped, I hope further it becomes a regular series!
