My only two qualms about the article was in saying that Wonder Woman's look has vibrancy vs Batwoman's dark; in fact Batwoman has more vibrant red to her costume then the duller post-flashpoint costume WW now wears with the dark & dull red & blue along with getting rid of the bright gold for plain silver, etc. Second was calling Batwoman iconic. She's proven to be a good character but technically Batwoman II has only been on the scene in her own book for under a year, that's too soon for any character to be called iconic, IMO.

I'm loving Wonder Woman in the New 52, so I'll be picking this up.

As an aside, I have a challenge for DC's PR department: just ONCE, I would like to see a press release, announcement or interview that describes your characters without using the word ICONIC. Can't do it, can ya? Didn't think so.

These two comics were made for eachother. Both have the same tone with a similar style. I'm a huge Batwoman fan, but I'm also a fan of this new Wonder Woman. I'm all in!

Bat woman is iconic. She made headlines when she came out, she's been a high profile gay character, etc. You can't deny that she's an important character. Maybe less so in the actual story, but outside of it, in the media? She definitely is.
