Excellent crime manga series that has that Tarantino feel to it and one of the best mangas i've ever read, i really enjoyed the brilliant movie adaptation but feels the manga is quite different to it.

I've watched the movie, it was awesome, but have not read the manga. Did he eat live squid in the manga?

Nope, but he does eat sushi as it's already raw.
