Hi everyone!
Some of you might remember Eisner Award winner Don Rosa's classic comic strips, the "Pertwillaby Papers" and "Captain Kentucky". These rarely reprinted strips were originally published in the newspaper of Don's college and in fanzines like the Rocket's Blast Comicollector. Now, for the first time ever, a complete edition of all his Pertwillaby and CK work is in production (previous editions never included all material that is available). If you're interested, have a look at our Indiegogo page where you can not only find all the relevant information on this project, but also preorder your copies right now. The books will be available around September/October, free shipping to anywhere is included.
I'm Don's German Disney comics editor, and this is an "on the side" fan project. I'll make sure that the books will be of the highest possible quality, and there'll be lots of bonus features, like old fanzine and newspaper articles, interviews, fandrawings, covers etc., and there'll also be an all new introduction by Don himself. I'm very excited for this, and I hope the Don Rosa fans amongst you will be, too.Or, if you're not a Rosa fan yourself, spread the word if you know some!
Best wishes,
Jano
