Who is more unsympathetic Bullseye or the Joker?

I've actually seen comics that showed Joker as being sympathetic. They're rare, but tey exist. Going Sane was a really good one.

I don't think I've ever seen anything where Bullseye wasn't just a pure monster.

Well, in some of his Deadpool appearances you almost end up having sympathy for Bullseye. That's mainly cos Wade won't shut up, but still.

But yeah, the fact that the government were happy to have a batshit crazy Norman Osborn running Ellis' Thunderbolts, with Venom running around freely, but kept a non-meta Bullseye restrained in the Hannibal-Lecter-gear, indicates he's really not a nice guy to have around.

Joker is more unsympathetic for me,He is completely random,Bullseye is fixable seriously just stick Bullseye on Black ops team and tell him who to kill and all problems with Bullseye is basically solve,Bullseye is very bad person and enjoying killing to much but if can you convince Bullseye killing bad guys is fun then problem is solve mostly.Joker has no motivation or logic for what he does it hard to direct what he would do,Bullseye has a motivation money and enjoyment of killing you can focus two thing into something useful.

Bullseye has a really bad habit of getting bored when he works for somebody too long and killing people he's not supposed to and sometimes just outright trying to take over the operation.

He's not a guy you want to try to employ longtime. He's a killer because killing people is fun. When it stops being fun he burns the bridges and moves on. Even under the Kingpin, (who had enough interesting jobs to keep him occupied) he still had a bad habbit of killing Kingpin's body guards.

Personality disorders like Antisocial Personality Disorder(What people used to call being a sociopath) and psychopathy aren't "curable" or "fixable," Hell they're not even treatable. Sooner or later Bullseye would commit some kind of atrocity. They have extremely difficult times(honestly they can't do it at all) differentiating between "good" people and "bad" people.

The thing about Joker is that he has Dissociative identity disorder(more commonly known as multiple personality disorder), an unrealistically bad case, and pretty much all of them are criminal, and quite a few if not most of them are Paranoid schizophrenic with extreme violent tendencies, which is a pretty dammed dangerous one to be around.

Depends on how long it takes him to get bored(usually sooner rather than later). That pretty much defines the Psychopath profile to a T incidentally.
