Hitch with Ultimates Vol 1 #9 takes it. Hawkeye just looks freaking amazing there. The second Hitch cover, while an interesting sort of different idea than your average cover, is basically just a bunch of random crap. Looks nice, but from what I can tell this issue is about guns and magazines... The Reed cover I simply don't like. I get that he's Mr. Fantastic and the whole thing looks alien and advanced, but Reed going all "elastic" was something that was supposed to be saved for the end. At this point in the story he was still the sophisticated Maker and using his old abilities were behind him. Also, it just seems lazy to just draw a shapeless stretchy body with one color.

Absolutely Ultimates 2. I love that cover in every way that you can possibly love a cover. The first one is great, too. And so is the Andrews one, even if it's a little creepy.

Hitch volume 1 why? Becuase Hawkeye is amazing and looks so bad ass with the bow and the background looks pretty great as well.

Volume 2 and Andrews both are great but I just have to go with Hawkeye.

Even better Reed.
The reflection in Reed's helmet is astoundingly awesome.
So much detail has gone into it.
The Ultimates 2 cover is boring and forgettable.
The Ultimates 1 cover is drab and dull.
