Since you already have the DCnU stuff, I assume you want pre-flashpoint suggestions. One of the nice things about JL is that there's not a lot of development/continuity between volumes so you don't miss out on much by picking a volume and starting.
Most would say that JLA (1997-2006) is the defining "modern" Justice League. It's definately better than Justice League of America (v.2 1996-2011) which followed it.
Justice League (1987-1994) is considered by most fans to be one of the most fun titles DC has but out. This is the volume that changed titles to Justice League International (most commonly known as), Justice League Europe, Justice League of America, and back to International. It features a lot more 2nd-3rd star characters instead of the pig names.
Justice League Europe (1989-1994) is a good companion to the JLI title and was even renamed Justice League Internation near the end of it's run. It tends to be more forgotten than it's counterpart though. It also featured more lesser known characters though that have become fan favorites.
Okay, cool.
Here is what I would read.
First, I'd start with a JL origin. Because everyone likes to know the origin, right? There have been a number of origins; you just read one concerning Darkseid, presumably, but that's not even really the 4th best origin of the bunch, IMHO.
My personal favorite is "DC: New Frontier". It's set in the 1950s, when the league actually debuted, and it's just this brilliant mix of incredible character work, wonderful sci fi, and great historical and social commentary. It's one of my favorite DC stories of all time. It's not in any particularly continuity, per se, but it really encapsulates all the characters and the THEMES of the Justice League perfectly. Get this book and you won't be sorry.

From there, I'd pick up the entirely different but also great Grant Morrison Justice League run. It's by far the best and most definitive Justice League run of all time, filled with great character moments, heady and creative concepts, all of which really getting at the core of what the Justice League is about (at least to Morrison). Rock of Ages is my personal favorite, but there are so many great storylines throughout...this is the run that really got me into comics, and every time I come back to it I find something new to love. It's not the most layered or complex thing he ever did, but it's one of the most accessible, and it's certainly the most energetic.

The Morrison run actually goes until, what, 40? I guess at that point you can just go to the normal TPBs.
After the Morrison run, you could go forward and get the Waid and Kelly runs, though for my money the Kelly run is the superior and is the tonal sequel to the Morrison run.

Do i ned to go back so long?
What about Justice League Deluxe volume 1,2,3,4 is that a good start? I can google the first story in necessary?
You don't need to go back so far. JLA Deluxe v1-4 are the Grant Morrison run, and they are great. I think right now they are only out in hardcover -- if you get the softcover (which I linked above) it's a little cheaper, but only the first one is out (with the second soon to follow) in soft cover.
DC: The New Frontier actually came out after the JLA -- somewhere in the 2000s, I want to say 2004? -- it just takes place in the past. It is not essential at all, it's just brilliant, and my personal favorite Justice League story.
You don't need to google New Frontier at all. Getting the Morrison run (the Deluxe editions) will be more than fine. I'm recommending the stuff I think is good, is all.

It all depends on how commited you want to get and how much $'s you're willing to spend.
There's a lot of great pre-New 52 stuff available, but reading that may not really connect much with the DCnU version . . . those stories happened on paper, but have little-to-no affect on the Justice League that started at the end of last August.
You might be better off first investing in all the stuff in the New 52 related to current JL members if you haven't already and proceed from there, though the individual character books (especially Wonder Woman) may not feel like they may have much (if any!) connection to how they are portrayed in Justice League.
Congress shall make no law . . . abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
I just want something read during the time i wait for more New 52 hardcovers. The rest i get with the DC Comics app on my Ipad.
Is the Deluxe good for me then? Just to get some more story and for fun ofc.
By the way, consider you're also trying to find out where to start with Avengers and (Ultimate) Spider-Man, I'm assuming you're very new to this hobby. And considering the costs that some of these suggestions may involve, are you a gazillionaire or something?

I suggest you read only New 52 stuff. Then in 2 years we lock you in a room and make you read Waid, Morrison etc. Then we have you take a test. We want to know what it's like to be disillusioned with a false universe and then be told it was all fake!
I write comic book reviews every Wednesday using pages from each book. Check it: Is It Good?: All the Best Books of the Day Reviewed!
I suggest also picking up anything with the Satellite Era Team. Still to this date the best the JLA has ever been IMO with every hero you could ever want.
