Hi-yo, Silver! Project Gutenberg recently released "The Lone Ranger Rides," by Lone Ranger creator Fran Striker, as an ebook. It is a 1941 retelling of the Ranger's origin. The ebook is available in multiple formats, of course, and some include the original illustrations by W.A. Smith. I have the illustrated epub version for my Nook and the Aldiko reader on my phone, and it looks pretty good on both. Here's the link:
