I don't know. I'm not sure how Doom would handle some kind of invisible-woman. Has he ever fought anything like that before?

If only there was some comic, or cartoon, or major motion picture where Doom faced off against a person that was invisible or even a team that had a member who could turn invisible, then we would know for sure.

Doom manages to beat her twelve out of ten times.

If you're wondering about the math on that, you obviously don't have the same grasp of non-linear Hyper-temporal mathematics and time travel that Doom has.

Doom does not need to adhere to even the flimsy logic of the Herc/Xenaverse. Doom is his own logic and his own math.

Did everybody read the setup for this match? It sounds like everybody just looked at the pictures and skipped all the text at the bottom. The ring supposedly makes Xena invincible, the helmet makes her invisible, and I'm pretty sure a god-killing chakram would slice Doom's armor if it connected. She's got a better chance than you all are giving her credit for, at least with the armaments she has available. Still, if Doom can get the ring off of her, the match is as good as over...

Actually no. I read the text. The god-killing ability is meaningless. The Greek Gods could not be killed by a mortal. The god-killing thing just allowed her to ignore that. If she struck a blow that should have killed them, even a blow with a weapon, it would. Doom is not a god even though he's really beyond what a god is in the Xenaverse. The god-killing thing did not do extra damage. It just ignored an immunity.

Since the invisibility was only to sight, we don't know if it works against a guy with built-in radar and ladar and about everything else.

I really don't remember the ring because I missed a few and soon plan to catch up on my Xena but, in terms of cross-story fights, it can only make her as durable as it was shown to make her by feats in the show.

She's got absolutely nothing that could get by his armor or force fields and nothing that could stand up to one hit from him.

To be fair, Doom might not be wearing his Sunday best. He has this armor made out of his girlfriends skin that is just to die for. It really makes his eyes pop.

Idk, I think Xena takes this one. With the invincibility that the ring offers and Hades helmet, the power to fly and to become invisible puts her on an even level field with power. Now back that up with her chakram which can't be broken and has the ability to kill gods (which she has done with or without it) and her awesome fighting skills, Doom doesn't have much of a shot.

Is there any tactic that Doom could use that would not net him a win here?

Other than maybe taking off the armor and not fighting back, of course.

I mean.. Nuking the Arena should work. Crimson Bands should work. Dimension Dump should work. Etc.

Also, to note, Doom summons the gods from Xena's universe to power-jack them (once he hears about the god-slaying weapon) and then realizes what a mistake this was... since they are so epically beneath him.
Then proceeds to kill Xena, since he has been ignoring her since the beginning of the fight.

You are being sarcastic here, right? Please say yes.

Flying and invisibility is enough to level the playing field? Against a guy with force fields that stop hits from Mjolnir and Sentry? Really? The dude power-drains the Silver Surfer with stuff in his basic armor. I have little trouble believing he could suck the enchantments right out of Xena's equipment if he wanted. Doom may not be able to break her chakram, but he should be able to break her just fine.

Doom, it should be noted, can also fly. Ooh! Mobility advantage lost! He's also got sensors. Y'know, stuff like sonar, which will pick up invisible things. Yeah.

Xena's fighting skill is inconsequential to this match. She can Ay-yi-yi as shrilly as she wants while spin kicking or whatever, she ain't breaching his shields or his armor. And it's not like Doom hasn't faced CBPHs with veteran fighting skills who throw indestuctible discuses before, either.

Finally, it doesn't matter if the chakram can kill gods. It's not hitting Doom. He's not a god, for one thing. For another, it's been pointed out that the chakram hasn't shown any special power other than making gods mortal, so it - once again, folks! - ain't penetrating Doom's shields. And that's assuming Doom doesn't have some sort of supermagnet device in there that could redirect or flat-out nullify the thing.
