I stumbled across this on the Dark Horse Digital page and realized I had never seen this cover before... GORGEOUS. The issue reprints the story that was presented online as part of the Dark Horse Presents series on MySpace...

I think i saw this image in the BPRD Plague of Frogs hardcover ... i think volume #2.

MY guess is that it was an alternate cover that was never used physically as a cover.

So i think this is just a place holder cover for the online material.

It was probably created specifically for the omnibus, just so it fit in better alongside the other War on Frogs stories.
