I'm also out of the loop on the Noor stones, how easy are they to use?

Supposing that you can get past their moderately strict moral requisites (the Punisher would be extremely borderline for Noor bearer material, IMO) the gems don't have big learning curves and triad links help. In his first appeareance, the Fattah bearer was doing fairly complicated stuff, thanks to being in a triad with the Raquib (super-perception) and Hadya (super-tracking).

The triad here has the Raquib (in the hands of someone very suitable for the gem, at that) and while it lacks the Hadya, it has the Jabbar (which is a general power-booster for the other Noor stones). I can buy Castle doing relatively complicated stuff like mini-portals, particularly with the stone mind-link. I wouldn't, however, buy arguments about Castle using the truly advanced Fattah powers (like the time portals).

We are assuming all characters have sufficient skill to use their items well enough, if that helps.

So... thoughts, thoughts.

If the Punisher goes down (doable, Achilles smacking him with the shield or Selene getting him with a full auto spray would do) and Orko doesn't, Sharkerbob's team gets turned into toads or some such thing in relatively short order.

If Orko goes down (doable, in quite a few ways) and the Punisher doesn't, Oggy's team loses a number of characters in short order to headshots teleported right behind the target's head and all goes downhill from there.

If both characters go down to the opening moves, Sharker holds a distinct advantage. Arwyn is nigh-impossible to deal with without Orko's magic (same for the Twin, to a lesser extent), Aeon Flux moves in a higher weight class than her opponents with the Jabbar brick package and even the Gray Widower would be a right bitch to put down with flight and that adamantium skeleton (nice move, btw).

Overall, Orko could win this for his team, but Sharker's team has more fallback options than Oggy (who pretty much has to deal with Orko or bust).

So thinking Sharkerbob, too.

The only excuse I can give is that I got 5 hours of sleep last night, and crashed during the hottest part of the day, which made a new record: 106, heat index 115+ and woke up about an hour ago.

I would have voted for Sharks though, as much as I like Oggy's Orko maneuver
