Speaking of the Flash. If the Flash with Supes at lunch, (they decided to go dutch), would he have caught Supers mustard and ketchup before it made contact with Supes tights?

He generally doesn't eat in costume. He's always dressed in his regular clothing. So any stains are there as Clark Kent, not as Superman. And if anything did spill on his costume, I'd doubt that it would stain.

Generally, yes, but there are occasions (Thanksgiving and Christmas spring to mind) where he has been depicted eating in his uniform.

Byrne-era, it wouldn't stain as his aura would eventually remove it (see the stains that came off way back when he was on Apokolips during Legends, for example).

Pre-CoIE, the guy 'washed' his uniform by flying through the sun...

Birthright, seems to shrug off stains.
