Yuno wins 10000/10000, this isn't even a fight.
Rena is just a "normal" girl minus the yandere tendencies. Yuno, in addition to being "crazy" (though "obsessive" is a far more apt word, she is very much sane when it comes to achieving her objectives) is a super-genius tactical planner and strategizer, has near super-human strength, speed and reflexes (blocking a bunch of thrown knives with a small kitchen knife, overpowering a bunch of other people holding her down).
