Shit son, this issue was breathtaking. It's not often you see a book look this good. Every word of dialogue was spot on and Bendis is doing everything he can to make this his best work. Seriously, this could be even better than the Clone Saga.
2000-2006: Golden Age of the UU
2007-2009: Age of Loebotomy
2009-2011: Post-Ultimatum Era
2011-????: Silver Age of the UU
Agreed. His voice for Peter is PERFECT, and he keeps dropping these experienced vs. non-experienced characterizations that are doing a REALLY good job of repping Peter and justifying Miles' admiration of "The Man Himself." Also, I usually roll my eyes over super-hero misunderstanding fight scenes, but that was rockin'! Very well done action. Pichelli knocked it out of the park, for sure. I love Fury's involvement so far. That last panel was perfect.
Marriage Era Spidey bashers are shameful opportunists (Like you REALLY didn't enjoy a single Spidey comic in 20 years)
Conversely, BND haters REALLY need to get over their continuity elitism already
Perfect issue. Two favorite parts were Peter feeling like an ass for kicking Miles of the building and Peter asking if Ultimate Peter was dead. That last one made me a little misty already. I'm gonna lose it when the real sad stuff happens.
Hey, Thanos, baby!
Is it just me or is the dialog in the " kinda sorta" panel mixed up? Like they should be switched around?
This was a great issue and I'm loving Pichelli's art, but I prefer the way that Marquez draws Miles' Venom Blast/Sting...guess they still haven't decided the name of it yet.
Aww shit, y'all, I just remembered something. Why aren't we talking about how awesome it was when Miles shocked Peter's web? Whenever Miles gets webs that's going to be a devastating combo.
Hey, Thanos, baby!
Spider Tasers. So this must mean his powers are bio-electric. I wonder how Bendis will nerf this ability. I love it, but it seems to be way too powerful. I mean he knocked out pete for hours.
