I have a complaint!
Ever since the reboot the new Uncanny trades are like 4 to 5 issues a piece. That's unacceptable! 4 issues!? That means the collected price is more than the original issues. No.'I just have an uncanny knack for remembering things in chronological order.' - ProfeZZor X

Which is why I have yet to read Gillens run. I'm waiting for some normal collected edition. Irritating!

Well, the only thing that will happen is that hardbacks will become softback. They're not going to add issues just to please you and me. I think it's interesting that while a lot of people complain about writers decompressing arcs and "writing for the trade," others complain about writers compressing story arcs and making the trades too small/expensive.
I just think that's an interesting little dichotomy.
Personally, I like the more compressed format, though I still buy my floppies from my LCS every week, so I don't have the same concerns as someone who exclusively buys the trades.
