Can't wait. Uncanny this week was one of my favorites. Great issue.
I write comic book reviews every Wednesday using pages from each book. Check it: Is It Good?: All the Best Books of the Day Reviewed!
Sinister and Unit is going to be love at first sight.
All the talk of Unit and Sinister and the P5 aside...Scott looks ridiculous in his red bikini panties.

So interesting. I want Gillen to never leave Uncanny.
I have a complaint!
Ever since the reboot the new Uncanny trades are like 4 to 5 issues a piece. That's unacceptable! 4 issues!? That means the collected price is more than the original issues. No.

Acuna's art looks terrific.

ugh, I hated the Sinister arc. Enough Sinisters! Unless it's a female wine drinking one.
Well, the only thing that will happen is that hardbacks will become softback. They're not going to add issues just to please you and me. But they did the same thing with Wolverine and the X-Men, testing to see if this new strategy will work on the biggest comics addicts there are - X-Men fans.

You haven't been reading Gillen's Uncanny, but you have been reading Bendis' Avengers junk...
You can be the scapegoat we all blame when Gillen is making Invincible Iron Man a critical hit while we are reading about Storm and Magneto eating cereal and Emma fussing at Scott about leaving the X-Men for the sake of baby Ruby.
Do it for Ruby!
Ruby?
Your daughter!
Oh.
It's all your fault, JAU.
Sorry Brevoort, Alonso and Lowe, but Jean Grey is a classic character. She'll outlive you regardless. :)

This isn't directed at you: your comment just made me think of it.
I think it's interesting that while a lot of people complain about writers decompressing arcs and "writing for the trade," others complain about writers compressing story arcs and making the trades too small/expensive.
I just think that's an interesting little dichotomy.
Personally, I like the more compressed format, though I still buy my floppies from my LCS every week, so I don't have the same concerns as someone who exclusively buys the trades.
