Now that I see it colored it's not as bad. As long as that's a shogun mask that he is wearing.
In war the elders may give the orders, but it's the young who have to fight.
I can't wait for this. Love getting this weekly dose of Superman again, and I'm looking forward to this 12-parter.

Even though I watched the show I wasn't getting this comic, but it now has my interest.
It's suprisingly a pretty good comic. The show was one of those guilty pleasures for me---I mean, I admit I loved it, but I have no real defense for myself in that case---but the comic is actually a lot less silly and is just more of a straight up, fun Superman comic. A bonus for me is that I honestly think Rosenbaum's Luthor is probably my favorite iteration of the character, so I like to be able to see him in a monthly comic, but...yeah. It's a much better comic than I was expecting.
I'm really stoked about seeing Batman, but am a bit annoyed that Nightwing is Stephanie Brown. But that's just a small nitpick.

Does DC plan on putting these stories in print like in a graphic novel form? I am really interested in this story.
Well, they do collect three digital issues into floppy form, and I'd be surprised if they didn't collect them into a trade eventually.
At any rate I'm thrilled beyond words that Steph is going to essentially be the same. Only bouncing directly off batman instead of Oracle. Go BQM!

This makes me happy. Too happy. Need to go to a Batgirl thread to de-buzz.
Supes and Batman team up with Steph Brown hanging around in a surprisingly snazzy new costume.
I would like to say for the record that this is the FIRST TIME I've withheld dong when someone was so desperately asking for some.

You know what? I take back what I said about being annoyed it's Steph Brown. While I have no specific attachment to the character (I like her alright), her fans have kinda gotten screwed a bit, so I am legitimately happy for you guys that have missed her. I can read Dick Grayson or Tim Drake a zillion other places.
Hmm... with Steph being more in line with her in continuity appearances while she appears in this book, I'm that much more confident that the inevitable Steph question in SDCC next month will be answered by Didio "Read Smallville" ::next question::
Fans just need to be precise about it when they ask. Not "Where's Steph" but "When's Steph coming to the main continuity?"
Perhaps "Thanks for Smaville, but When's Steph coming to the main continuity?"
